Principal's Message

    Dear Students, Parents and Friends,

It is hard to believe that there is only 7 more weeks in the 2024-25 school year.  It has been an amazing year!  As we prepare to close another chapter in our lives, I want to take a moment to celebrate our students.  This year has been filled with challenges, triumphs, and unforgettable memories.  I am proud of the incredible resilience, creativity, and kindness our students display, and it is a privilege to watch them grow.

I am excited for our students and families!  Our 2024-25 yearbook will arrive soon, and this always brings so much joy and excitement to our students.  As you flip through the pages of this yearbook, I encourage you to reflect on the memories created and the friendships that have been forged.  Students … cherish these moments and carry them with you as you embark on the next chapter of your lives.

To our graduating class, as you enjoy the last few weeks of elementary school and prepare to spread your wings to soar into middle school, remember that your time here has prepared you for greatness.  Embrace new challenges with confidence, pursue your passions with determination, and never forget the lessons you have learned within these walls.

To all students, I urge you to use these last few weeks to prepare yourself the FAST PM3 assessment.  Take your time (use “all day” if needed), and be diligent with your work, and performance on this particularly important test.  It demonstrates to everyone that you have learned and your dedication to academic success.  I urge you to continue to pursue excellence, embrace diversity, and make a positive difference in the world around you.  Your potential is limitless, and I have no doubt that you will continue to inspire others with your talents and accomplishments.

Parents/guardians… Please do not hesitate to call me with questions regarding your child. I welcome your suggestions, and I encourage your interest and active participation in preparing our students and community for the future. I have an open-door policy and welcome you to contact me by phone, in person, or by e-mail at diane.crooknichols@osceolaschools.net. Thank you for sharing your child (ren) with me.

    Kind Regards,

    Diane Crook-Nichols

    Principal
