We welcome back Deputy Cinthia Pabon to Parkway Middle School as the School Resource Officer (SRO).  Deputy Pabon has worked in Law Enforcement for 24 years and with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office for 13 years.  “I love and enjoy my job working in the community and with the students. I motivate and reward my students to do their very best and to make good choices throughout the school day”.  Deputy Pabon enjoys interacting with all students and getting to know them as well.  Students know they can come and talk to her at any time.  Deputy Pabon has restarted the Positive Behavior and Intervention System (PBIS) Rewards Store to get students motivated to do the right thing and earn pirate bucks to shop.
