1. Effective June 6, 2018, the following Applications will be accepted: 
   • Vacation Villas Application for Exemption of Educational System Impact Fees
   • Short-Term Rental Application for a Reduced Rate of Educational System Impact Fees
     
     
2. DO NOT RECORD the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions until notified by School District staff as School Board Counsel approval is required prior to recording.    
   
   
3. A mandatory $2,000.00 review processing fee is required at the time of submission.  Checks are to be made payable to The School District of Osceola County, FL.  Reference the Vacation Villa or Short-Term Rental Community and Exemption or Reduced Rate on the check.
