Requests for ESE/Special Education Records
All educational records required to be kept by statute are contained in the student's cumulative file. All cumulative files are kept at the school site of last attendance and for the length of time required by statute. If you have a student transferring into your school or district and need these educational records, please send an official request to the school directly. This includes documents such as the student's individualized education plan (IEP) and associated evaluations.
Directions for public records requests can be found on the school district website: https://www.osceolaschools.net/domain/102
