    Summer 2024 - Florida Assessment Opportunities for Graduation Requirements - Juniors & Seniors

    This page is intended for those juniors (rising seniors) and seniors (Class of 2024) who still have not satisfied their ELA Assessment and/or their Algebra I Assessment requirement for graduation. Be sure to review the information outlined on the Graduation Requirements for Florida’s Statewide Assessment for further details about these requirements and how your scholar can achieve their assessment graduation requirements. If your scholar plans/intends to participate in one of these assessments, please use the link below to sign up so we can be best prepared for your scholar. 

    Summer 2024 Assessment Sign-Ups: Summer Assessment/Bootcamp Sign-Ups.

    Summer Opportunities for Assessment Graduation Requirements (as of 06.10.2024): 

    1. Digital ACT Non-College Reportable (NCR):
      • Who: Current seniors & juniors (rising seniors).
      • When:
        1. If your scholar needs ELA assessment ONLY: English Subtest is Tuesday, June 11, 2024 & Reading Subtest is Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Note: The FLDOE requires that the scores from the English & Reading subtests be averaged together, but do not have to be from the same test administration.
        2. If your scholar needs the Math assessment ONLY: Math Subtest is Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
        3. If your scholar needs both the Math & ELA assessments:
          1. English Subtest – Tuesday, June 11, 2024
          2. Math Subtest – Wednesday, June 12, 2024
          3. Reading Subtest – Thursday, June 13, 2024 Note: The FLDOE requires that the scores from the English & Reading subtests be averaged together, but do not have to be from the same test administration
      • What’s Needed: On-time arrival to school—no later than 7:30AM. Your senior may elect to bring their own calculator, please review the ACT Calculator Policy for more information: ACT Calculator Policy.
      • Bootcamp: June 03 – 06 & June 10, 2024. If your scholar is interested in the bootcamp, please ensure you sign up with the link at the bottom of the email as our space is limited.
    2. Classic Learning Test In-School Session (CLT):
      • Who: Current seniors & juniors (rising seniors).
      • When: Thursday, June 20, 2024.
      • What’s Needed: On-time arrival to school—no later than 7:30AM.
      • Bootcamp: June 13 & June 17 – 19, 2024. If your scholar is interested in the bootcamp, please ensure you sign up with the link at the bottom of the email as our space is limited.
    3. FAST ELA Reading Retake:
      • Who: Current seniors & juniors (rising seniors).
      • When: Monday, July 15, 2024.
      • What’s Needed: On-time arrival to school—no later than 7:30AM.
      • Bootcamp: July 08 – July 11, 2024. If your scholar is interested in the bootcamp, please ensure you sign up with the link at the bottom of the email as our space is limited.
    4. B.E.S.T. Algebra I EOC Retake & B.E.S.T. Geometry EOC Retake:
      • Who: Current seniors & juniors (rising seniors).
      • When:
        1. Algebra I EOC Retake – Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
        2. Geometry EOC Retakes – Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
      • What’s Needed: On-time arrival to school—no later than 7:30AM.
      • Bootcamp: July 15 – July 18 & July 22, 2024. If your scholar is interested in the bootcamp, please ensure you sign up with the link at the bottom of the email as our space is limited.
    5. Classic Learning Test In-School Session (CLT):
      • Who: Current seniors & juniors (rising seniors).
      • When: Saturday, July 27, 2024.
      • Accommodations Request: If your scholar receives accommodations for assessments and has a documented plan with those accommodations listed (IEP, 504 Plan, and/or ELL Plan), you must sign the "CLT Consent Form for Releasing Accommodations Documentation" and return it to me in order for your scholar to receive those accommodations on the CLT. You may email this form signed to me (ryan.haire@osceolaschools.net). This allows me to request accommodations for your scholar from CLT. This must be completed no later than Friday, June 28, 2024.  
      • What’s Needed: On-time arrival to school—no later than 7:30AM.
      • Bootcamp: July 22 - 25, 2024. If your scholar is interested in the bootcamp, please ensure you sign up with the link at the bottom of this email as our space is limited.
