Charter School Applications

Charter School Applications
General information on the charter application process and requirements of charter school applicants will be provided during a new applicant orientation. Interested applicants please contact the Educational Choices and Innovation office at 407-870-4847 to schedule a new charter applicant orientation.
New Charter Applicants
The final application for Charter Schools and required copies must be received in the Educational Choices & Innovation department by 4 p.m. School District Offices are closed on Friday during the summer.
Applications must be the Model FL Charter School Application most recently approved. Applications should be mailed or hand delivered to the School District of Osceola County, Educational Choices and Innovation Department, located at: 1200 Vermont Avenue, St. Cloud, FL 34769
Applicants shall submit charter applications in the following format:
- Application cover sheet
- Consecutive page numbers aligning with Table of Contents
- Executed Statement of Assurances
- One (1) Original
- Four (4) Hard copies
- One (1) Flashdrive/ OneDrive electronic PDF
