Apply for Extended Day (Elementary)

  • We would love to have your child join the Extended Day Program for elementary students. 

    Rapid Registration information for the 2024-2025 school year will be available in May.

    Rapid Registration is only for parents with a student currently enrolled in the Extended Day Program with an account in good standing.

    Open registration for the 2024-2025 school year will take place during summer.  Specific windows for each school will be available at the end of May.  Applications will only be processed if sent during the correct window.  If an application is sent prior to the window for that school opening, the parent will need to submit again during the correct window.  Extended Day spots are first come first serve.

    ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

    A student may be enrolled in the Extended Day Program when he/she is:

    • Able to be independent in daily self-care needs, such as toileting, feeding and dressing.

    • No danger to him/herself or others.

    • Able to participate in large group activities with an adult/student ratio of 1 adult to 25 students

    • Able to remain within the program location and under supervision without running away.

    Step  2.    Click HERE To: (1) DOWNLOAD, (2) COMPLETE AND (3) PRINT the FORMS. Then, EMAIL the documents to ELPDocuments@osceolaschools.net

    OR  SCAN and FAX the Completed Forms to 407-343-8652

    PAY ENROLLMENT FEES.

    In order for your child to be enrolled in our program, all registration fees must be paid in full.  The registration fees are collected by the main office.  Registration cannot be paid at the Extended Day school sites or on myschoolbucks. 

    THE REGISTRATION FEES ARE FOLLOWING:

    1. A non-refundable $25.00 enrollment fee for each child.  This enrollment fee is paid once every fiscal year.
    2.  The weekly fee for your child's first week in the program. 
    3. The weekly fee for your child's last week in our program. 

    Applications received once a site reaches capacity are placed on a wait list.  The wait list does not carry over to the next school year.
