We would love to have your child join the Extended Day Program for elementary students.
Open Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will begin on June 3, 2024, by region.
Be sure to complete the online application during the designated window (see Extended Day main page). Applications are automatically date stamped upon submission. Upon receipt of the application the enrolling parent will be contacted beginning with those received on the first date of each designated window. A message will be left if no one answers. Therefore, please ensure that voicemail is set up. Applications received once a site reaches capacity are placed on a waitlist.
Applications received prior to the designated window will not be processed. Extended Day spots are first come first serve.

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA
A student may be enrolled in the Extended Day Program when he/she is:

Able to be independent in daily self-care needs, such as toileting, feeding and dressing.

No danger to him/herself or others.

Able to participate in large group activities with an adult/student ratio of 1 adult to 25 students

Able to remain within the program location and under supervision without running away.
REGISTRATION STEPS FOR 2024-2025:
Step 1. Log into your Parent Portal Account. If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, click HERE for directions to create an account.
Step 2. On the left-hand side, click the FORMS dropdown arrow.
Step 3. Click on Extended Day K-5, complete the application and submit. The office staff will contact the enrolling parent to complete the registration process and collect payment. Registration payments are only accepted through the main office.
Step 4. Click HERE To (1) DOWNLOAD AND (2) RETAIN Important Payment Information.
PAY ENROLLMENT FEES.
In order for your child to be enrolled in our program, all registration fees must be paid in full. The registration fees are collected by the main office. Registration cannot be paid at the Extended Day school sites or on myschoolbucks.
THE REGISTRATION FEES ARE FOLLOWING:
1. A non-refundable $25.00 enrollment fee for each child. This enrollment fee is paid once every fiscal year.
2. The weekly fee for your child's first week in the program.
3. The weekly fee for your child's last week in our program.Applications received once a site reaches capacity are placed on a wait list. The wait list does not carry over to the next school year.
