Mark Cavinee began employment with the District in 1987 with the Maintenance Department.  Mark started as a General Maintenance Specialist and has held positions such as Pest Control Technician, Health & Safety Inspector, Health & Safety Specialist, and Coordinator of Building & Fire Code for the School District.  Mark earned his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Rollin's College in 2000.  His commitment to Educational Facilities extends beyond the School District.  He is a past Director of Safety, Director of Environmental, Vice President, and President of the Florida School Plant Management Association.  Mark also served on the City of Kissimmee Park's and Recreation Advisory Board.
