School Choice Options
-
Florida's school choice programs allow parents to choose the best educational setting—public, private, or home school—for their child. Students who are eligible for Section 504 may be eligible for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (formerly known as McKay Scholarship and Gardner Scholarship), if they meet the specific criteria for the program. Parents who are interested in a private or homeschool option for their student, may apply for the Family Empowerment Scholarship at the site below:

Parents who are interested in an alternative public school may apply through the SDOC Educational Choices and Innovation site.https://www.osceolaschools.net/Domain/87
