• Principal's Message

    Hello Cougar families!

    I am the proud principal of Central Avenue Elementary, and it is my honor to work with this amazing family! It is truly a privilege to work together with our families, students, and staff to make our school the best it can be.

    As a principal and educator, I have high expectations for our students. In the classroom, in the playground, and in the community, I encourage the best effort, a positive attitude, and a sense of personal responsibility among our children. I want students to be enthusiastic, confident, and inquisitive learners. To promote student success, I believe in fostering a shared-learning community that prioritizes communication, efficiency, safety, and respect. Staff, parents, guardians, and student collaboration are very important to me and I believe in everyone's success. 

    As Central Avenue Elementary Cougars, we P.R.O.W.L for academic and behavioral success! Our school community is:

    At Central Avenue Elementary, motivating and empowering our children to reach their highest potential is paramount!  We have high expectations for our students. Providing them with a rigorous and differentiated education that prepares them for the 21st century is a collaborative effort.  Our staff and families are committed to fostering a safe, efficient, engaging, and welcoming learning community for our children.  We are proud of the skills, knowledge, and the experience that we have shared with them, and we look forward to continuing this effort with your support!
