• Technical Theatre:

     

    This course introduces students to the elements of technical theatre, providing experience in the behind-the-scenes aspects of stage production. Students will explore key areas such as set design, lighting, sound, costumes, makeup, and stage management. Through collaborative projects, they will develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork while learning how to bring a theatrical production to life.

     

    Basic Theatre:

     

    This course provides an introduction to the world of theatre, helping students develop confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills. Through acting exercises, improvisation, script reading, and basic stage movement, students will explore the fundamentals of performance. They will learn about storytelling, character development, and theatre etiquette. The class may also introduce elements of technical theatre, including set design, costumes, and props. Students will have opportunities to participate in class performances, developing both their on-stage and behind-the-scenes skills. No prior theatre experience is required—just a willingness to explore and have fun!
