Who Should I Call?
We want to empower families by providing information and support that promotes academic and social success at school. Communication is at the heart of that process, and we hope that the steps below help you identify your student’s support network, including who to contact first. This allows you to get answers to your question in an efficient and timely manner.
Steps 1-3: Most questions can be quickly answered by staff at your child’s school. Contact your child’s teacher, case manager, RCS, or school administration for help.
Steps 4-6: Our department will gladly assist if the school is unable to do so.
