Private Instructional Personnel (PIP)
Florida Statute 1003.572 allows for the collaboration of public school personnel and private instructional personnel who are hired or contracted by parents of students with disabilities.
The Private Instructional Personnel (PIP) packet for the 2024-2025 school year is now available to download and can be submitted beginning July 1, 2024. Completed PIP packets will be accepted through April 1, 2025; once this deadline is past, there is insufficient time to process the request prior to the close of the school year.

Fingerprinting information:
Please email the following address: fingerprints@osceolaschools.net. They will provide a secure link and the fingerprinting packet/payment instructions to be completed.
Packet Submission:
All fingerprinting/badge requirements to become an approved vendor for the School District of Osceola County, and current insurance information must be completed before submitting the packet for approval. All PIP packets must be submitted to the following email address: eseprivateprovider@osceolaschools.net.
