Principal's Message

  • As we finish the first half of the year, I would like to thank all students, staff, and parents for a successful start.  So far, this has been a year of growth and success for our students.  There have been successes in our classrooms, stages, in athletics, and in our community.  Celebration K-8 continues to be a School of Excellence.

We showed incredible growth on Progress Monitoring 2.  The gains are remarkable and are reflective of the hard work of our students in the first semester.  The exciting news is that we are only halfway through this year.  The second half is a time for accelerated learning and more fun experiences for our students.  So, please enjoy this much deserved winter break.  I wish all of our Celebration K-8 families a Happy New Year.  See you in January!

    Middle School Frequently Asked Questions
How do I see my schedule? Students’ schedules are visible on the parent portal or on the student’s Focus account. These are the most up to date. If you do not have a parent portal account, you can go to the Media Center to create one. Copies of schedules are for those parents or guardians who do not have digital access. All students will receive a paper copy on the first day of school in their 1st period class. Parents needing to register for a parent portal account can use the QR code.
What do I do if I want to change one of my elective classes? Currently elective courses are at capacity. Students can pick up a schedule change form at lunch on Monday August 19th. They will need to return the form to Ms. Connolly or Dr. Pollzzie. Please remember that we try our best to provide students with the elective(s) that they want, but unfortunately it is not always possible.
How do I know what bus route my child will ride, and what time will they be picked up and dropped off? Parents and Guardians can access bus route information in the media center or through the district website.
Where can I purchase school PE uniforms? PE uniforms will be available for purchase in the gym.
How can my child become involved in extracurricular activities? Celebration K8 is proud to offer many clubs and
competitive sports teams. Announcements are made on an ongoing basis notifying students of try-out times and meeting
times. In order to participate in athletics, students must have appropriate and current paperwork completed prior to trying
out. The Remind code for Middle School Athletics is @cmsteams. The Elementary athletics Remind is @ck8ele.
