- Maintain and provide support for the My Professional Growth System (MyPGS), which manages employee professional learning and inservice credit records
- Provide support to schools and departments in the development, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning courses
- Provide support to educators in the development and implementation of Individual Professional Growth Plans
- Collaborate with Professional Learning Leads from each school through the Professional Learning Council for Instructional Staff
- Collaborate with Professional Learning PSS representatives from departments through the PSS Professional Learning Council
- Provide support for new educators at Osceola County Schools through mentor programs, New Teacher Orientation, and New Educator Symposium
- Provide courses for add-on certifications in the areas of ESE, ESOL, Reading, and Gifted
- Collaborate with other district departments to provide Professional Learning Days for Instructional and Professional Support Staff
- Provide district professional learning through the Title II, Part A Federal Program
- Develop partnerships with Colleges and Universities
