Leader in Me (LiM) is an evidence-based, comprehensive-school improvement model—developed in partnership with educators—that empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 21st century. 

"Student clubs are a way for our students to have a voice and choice about something that is important to them. Our clubs focus around the arts, athletics, crafts and hobbies, gardening, gaming, music, and more. Many of our clubs also revolve around giving back to our local community and humanitarian efforts around the world. Clubs allow our staff to share their personal interests with students and provide them with another opportunity to build meaningful relationships. Student clubs give our students a voice and choice to develop the whole person, a chance to give back, and because we need to have fun!”
