• Athletic Participation fee - $35 per athlete per year. This fee is to be paid when you register on Aktivate.com (click the link..payable with Credit/Debit Card). All athletes who complete this packet will be cleared to "Practice Only" until this fee is paid.  Once the fee is paid, your student will be fully cleared and eligible to be placed on a roster.

    In planning ahead for the potential return to train, I am asking you to please get  Eligibility Paperwork updated as quickly as possible. Most of our student-athlete's physicals have expired by now, so you will need to update your paperwork. Students will need to ensure they have a 2024-2025 Athletic Packet and complete their clearance paperwork by visiting Aktivate.com.

    Just a reminder... We (the Athletic Department) will not accept partially completed packets. If you don't have everything completed on the checklist I've listed below, you will not be permitted to participate until everything is complete.  

    Eligibility Checklist: HOW TO BECOME A ST. CLOUD HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE:

    1. Complete Impact Test (Concussion Baseline). Use a computer, not a cellphone.  Results will be sent to the athletic trainer or athletic director.  No need to print it out, but it must be completed. www.impacttestonline.com/testing.  Customer Code: FF0Y2TLL9N (It is a Zero not an O).  Click on Launch Baseline.
    2. Complete Physical Packet - Athletic Physical, signed and STAMPED by a Doctor’s Office
    3. Complete ECG (If Needed) - ECG Form . If you are an incoming 9th grader or are new to our county, you must have an ECG done and be cleared in order to participate in any sports (including tryouts).  This only has to be done 1 time for high school.
    4. Updated Aktivate Clearance profile for 2024-2025, complete with contact info and parent signatures. Completed (and signed by a performing physician) ECG Confirmation Page (Included in packet) - only needed if a rising 9th grader or new student to SCHS.
    5. Pay your fee on AKTIVATE - $35 Participation fee - Due week of 1st game/contest. As stated above, you can pay this fee on My School Bucks.

    Remember, you only need to do the ECG 1x while in high school. I have a list of who completed it this past year that I will share with our coaching staff. We are working on a list of health providers who can provide physicals and ECG testing at a reasonable cost if your primary health provider is not able to provide you with services.

Remember all summer conditioning programs are voluntary. While we want you to be a part of what we're doing in preparation for the new school year, we certainly understand the right of your parents to do what they feel is in your best interest.
