The Student Enrollment Window for the 2024-2025 school year is open!

If Parkway is not your zoned school but you would still like your student to attend, please fill out a Choice application. Directions on how to complete a choice application can be found at this link: https://www.osceolaschools.net/choice

A family must register their student in person at Parkway Middle School so that all appropriate documents and identification can be verified. Most of the required documents can be prepared ahead of time or filled out in our Front Office when you arrive. To save time and not have to make multiple trips, review the "Enrollment Checklist" to ensure you have all the required documents prepared. Paper copies of all forms below are available in the Parkway front office. 

Please feel free to send any completed forms to our Student Records Clerk digitally via email at vanessa.watkins@osceolaschools.net and we can print the completed forms for you once you arrive to register your student.
