On August 4, the Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments:
Lucille Schneider, Assistant Principal at Narcoossee Middle Lucille Schneider has held the following positions: Teacher at Parkway Middle (1991-1995); Teacher at Horizon Middle (1995-2000); Curriculum Resource Teacher at Horizon Middle (2000-2006); Dean of Students at Horizon Middle (2006-2016); and Learning Resource Specialist at Horizon Middle (2016-present). She received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Florida Southern College and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.
Julia Ullmann, Assistant Principal at Tohopekaliga High Julia Ullmann has held the following positions: Teacher at Long Branch High School in New Jersey (2009-2011); World Language Teacher at New Dimensions High (2011-2014); World Language Teacher at PATHS (2014-2017); Media Specialist/Technology Coach at Gateway High (2017-2018); World Language Teacher for K12/Middlebury Interactive Languages (2012-present); World Language Program Specialist for the Osceola School District (2018-present). She received a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language from Astrakhan State University and a bachelor's degree in Spanish Language from Thomas Edison State College. She also received a master's degree in Educational Management from Strayer University and a master's degree in Educational Technology from American College of Education. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.
