"I was hired here last year, coming from New Hampshire and only having two years of official teaching under my belt. I'd been a paraprofessional since 2007 and finally finished my degree in 2014. I didn't have the best experiences as far as administrative support. I worked as a self contained Special Education Case Manager and never really felt as though I belonged in the school that I worked in in New Hampshire.
