Technology at CAES

At Central Avenue, all students have access to technology on a daily basis in order to facilitate, support, and enhance learning. Our classrooms contain interactive whiteboards, computers, and iPads that are utilized by students and teachers during classroom lessons.  Our students use technology to help them research and gather information, organize and present what they've learned, review and practice skills online, and collaborate with others.

Kindergarten and 1st grade students will be utilizing iPads to enhance their learning in the classroom. 2nd-5th Grade students have access to laptop carts and have their own assigned device to use daily. They access the curriculum online, receive and complete digital assignments for their teachers, and collaborate with their peers on assignments.
