On June 4, 2024, the Florida High School Athletic Association’s (FHSAA) Board of Directors unanimously approved the revision of FHSAA Bylaw 9.9, Amateurism, to include Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Medical Opt-In Selection for Students
Parents, please be aware that the Osceola School District's medical option form has been changed for the 2024-2025 school year. The new form requires parents to opt-in to any medical services for their children, instead of opting out as in years past.

Welcome back from Winter Break! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable time with your families. As we return to school, it’s important to review our RISE expectations with students to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Our core values are Resilience, Integrity, Safety, and Eagerness to Learn:
- Resilience: Encourage students to persevere through challenges and setbacks. Teach them to adapt and bounce back stronger from difficulties.
- Integrity: Be honest and take responsibility for your actions. Always strive to do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
- Safety: Follow school rules to keep yourself and others safe. This includes respecting personal space and practicing safe behaviors in the classroom and playground.
- Eagerness to Learn: Foster a love for learning by being curious, asking questions, and actively participating in all classroom activities.
Let’s also emphasize the importance of regular attendance, as it plays a crucial role in your child’s academic success.

Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!!
For 2024-2025, our focus will be on closing the achievement and attitude gap by challenging our staff and students to reflect and challenge themselves to show why they believe in themselves and that every student can and will learn.
Our students will be working with our teachers to set their academic and personal goals that will be monitored and celebrated. We will be conducting student-led conferences this year where our students will share with their parents how they are meeting their goals and what support can be given at home and at school. Our theme this year is Believe: No excuses!
