  • Celebration School opened in 1996 as a K-12 school. The Town Hall building at 851 Celebration Avenue was the first location.  In 1997, the current campus opened and there have been two building additions since.  When Celebration High School opened in 2003, Celebration School became a K-8 school.  The two schools have different attendance zones. In 2010, a renovation project was initiated to equalize classroom space and add technology tools for instruction.

Celebration School is ranked #2 of all traditional K – 8 and middle schools in the State of Florida based on overall scores calculated for school grades. Awarded an A ranking by the Department of Education for nearly two decades Celebration K - 8 continues to innovate and inspire all learners. We are consistently recognized for supporting students’ access to rigorous instruction that allows them to reach their greatest potential. The Florida Department of Education has also recognized Celebration K - 8 as a 5-Star School. This recognition is given for collaboration with community stakeholders and for welcoming volunteers into our school. Our community involvement truly makes us a community school!

We are proud of our students and teachers as they strive for academic excellence.  Parents participate in every aspect of our program and a talented PTA provides leadership in multiple activities.  A School Advisory Committee (SAC) helps guide school improvement.  Parents are encouraged to join both PTA and SAC. The first meetings are usually in September. Many business partners assist in our goal of excellence for all students.  We enjoy celebrating our students’ achievements.  If your business would like to partner with us, please let us know.

Please join our school family and come to activities and meetings. Parents are our students’ first teachers and we are looking forward to a positive partnership assisting in the education of each child. We ask parents to be diligent in attending to academic progress and to let us know when questions or concerns come up. GO PRIDE!
