Parent and Student Climate Surveys
The Osceola School District values the input of students and families. We will be conducting two brief online surveys to gather feedback on school climate from both students and parents over the next several weeks. The results of the surveys will provide important feedback on how we can foster better learning environments, strengthen relationships with parents and students, and continue to build on our foundation for continuous improvement. The surveys will take 10-15 minutes, and they are an important opportunity for everyone to share their perspectives.
Parent Survey Information:
- The parent survey will be open from March 5 – March 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
- The parent survey can be accessed at https://bit.ly/2025SDOCparentsurvey
- If you have more than one student enrolled in our schools, we ask that you complete a separate survey for each child.
- Responses are anonymous.
Student Survey Information:
- The survey will be open to all students in Grades 3-12 from March 10 – March 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
- Parents can view the student survey questions in advance through the following links:
- If you prefer your child to opt out of taking the survey, please log on to your Focus Parent Portal account by March 9, and select “Forms Summary” on the left-hand side of the page. Then, select “Available Forms” and check the box under the “Data Collection” section. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, please see instructions at https://bit.ly/2025parentportalinformation on how to obtain one.
- Schools are encouraged to provide students a dedicated time during the school day to take the survey.
Thank you to all parents and students for taking the time to participate in school district climate surveys. Your valuable feedback helps us create a better, more supportive learning environment for everyone.
